When you contact us by email or through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message so we can respond to your enquiry.
When you complete our new customer registration form, we collect your contact details, emergency contact, vet details and information about your dog so we can care for them safely.
Form submissions are sent to us by email through our email provider, SMTP2GO. They are not stored in a database on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry or arrange care for your dog. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Spam protection
Our contact and registration forms use Google reCAPTCHA to check that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
